Dias de Aromas, or "
Days of Aromas" in English, was born of a project of two young people who believe in the functioning and ecosystem balance, having a sustainable management of the environment and the landscape.
The company is headquartered in São Brás de Alportel and started your activity in 2013. Dedicated to the production of plants and medicinal plants and herbs, and agricultural exploitation in your Hill of the Monteiro-Myrtle in the municipality of Faro, secluded location in perfect harmony with nature which preserves some native species of aromatic herbs, characteristics of the Algarve and hard to find in other places.
Our primary vocation is to produce and market "PAM", but we also have live plants Bio. The production focuses on high-quality products that are certified by "ECOCERT" Portugal. We seek to take advantage of the wonderful climate of the Algarvian barrocal, betting in hot climates species as the Jalapeno Cayenne and especially bet and promote the local aromatic such as catnip for (Calamintha baetica) being your most common name "Herb of Olives and Thyme (thymus ) Meathead.
For us, organic farming, is part of a sustainable development, because it takes into account the quality of life of present and future generations, in this planet called "Earth".
Agriculture is one of the main sources of pollution of water, soil and air due to wrong practices, with the uncontrolled use of chemicals.
In organic farming, are only used practices that do not negatively affect the environment. Pesticides and herbicides are totally banned.
Soil health is a precious commodity for the plants to develop harmoniously. It also needs to preserve living beings, which cohabit with plants and combat pests and diseases, helping the man in the fight for a more green and eco-friendly.

A guided tour of the operation get to know the various species of plants, their origins and their benefits and try to feel the various scents. In addition to our plants, feel the smell of other aromatic that grow spontaneously in the fields around us, some just will find in this part of the planet.
After direct contact with nature, will attend a performance of the processing of our products and in the end, we offer a tasty tea.
If you want to keep the contact with nature we have a walking approximately 40 minutes and may find other species of plants and reach the Summit of the Hill of the Monteiro to be dazzled with the landscape.
Our facilities are equipped to conduct Workshops, aromatic herbs, aromatic cuisine, or organic farming, among others.
We will have trainers specialize in each of the areas.
